Ceramic armor, UHMWPE plates and UHMWPE body armor ballistic inserts, UHMWPE full-length shields:
Caring for your armor is pretty straightforward. Try to care for your item(s) in such a way that your threat labels remain intact and unfaded. If you require a new label, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Ceramic is more durable than you think.  But, it can crack if you drop it forcefully. Many well-known armor manufacturers and re-sellers offer monolithic ceramic plates. When these crack, the entire plate becomes compromised.  Our mosaic tile arrangement permits some individual tiles to be broken and the others continue to function. This enhances performance during hits from multiple projectiles.  Avoid throwing or slamming your plates, especially on the strike face.  If you suspect that a tile is broken, we are able to schedule a repair or replacement.

UHMWPE can be weakened by very high temperatures in the 170-200°F.  Do not leave your plates in unventilated, enclosed areas where internal temperatures may approach 170°F.
Aramid face shields:
Our face shields are easy to care for.  The most important thing is to keep them clean so that the paint remains over the hardended fabric.  Aramid is vulnerable to sunlight, so keeping them painted is important.  Clean all parts of your face mask or shield with damp or dry cloth.  No soap should be required.
