Custom Soft Armor Panels or Replacement Soft Armor Panels

We are able to design, cut and cover specialty soft armor products in our North Carolina location out of UHMWPE or Kevlar® XP™ K520.  We can also create a hybrid mix of materials to meet your performance needs.

We can custom cut almost any aramid or polyethylene material sourced from the USA or abroad.  We can also provide stab-resistant designs, contact shot resistant designs in almost any shape to custom fit your vest or carrier plate pockets. We can also build BALCS panels or BALCS with modifications out of UHMWPE and/or aramid materials.

All edges are sealed in UV and water resistant materials with an ultrasonic cut and seal machine.
